Increase the resell value of your pickup truck

Looking to buy a new pick up truck?  September is a great time to buy since the dealers are needing to move last year's models before the new ones arrive.

How do you maximize your current pickup value before trading it or selling it?  Some of the easiest and cost effective ways to get your old truck ready are:

• Make sure mechanically, everything is working properly
• Upgrade the interior with floor mats
• Cover up any wear and tear with a set of new seat covers
• Make sure the truck is legal with a new set of mud flaps
• Add value with a new tonneau cover

Lastly before you sell or trade in your truck, do a thorough cleaning.  Inside and out.  Wax the exterior and really spiff up the interior with alot of elbow grease, cleaning in all the nooks and crannies.  The cleaner the vehicle, the better of a first impression it will make on a new buyer!
