5 Feet of Snow in December-Sets New Record!

It's official, we have set a new all time snow fall record of 59.9 inches - that's 5 feet. Wow! Looks like we're going to shatter the record book this winter of 2008 -09.

The Snow Sport plow has been seeing a lot of action and moving a ton of snow. Every morning we've received a minimum of 4" inches the last 10 days! Obviously there were days with more snow fall. All of it, needing to be plowed. And plowing it all away has been a daily requirement.

The snow fall has been relentless. The rounds of weather storms this area has received has been a history book record setter. Today started out innocent enough, clear & cold. On the morning news, all the local weather guys were calling for a heavy snow storm, starting later in the day. Snow and a lot of it.
